Yes, unless you have a very old GPU that can't output 144hz Full HD.

As long as your PC runs, it doesn't matter which components, as long as the screen shares a video connection or you have an adapter, e.g. DVI to HDMI ;) But otherwise the screen works with any PC or laptop ;)
