Yes, TB3DUAL4KHDMI is compatible with Ubuntu 18.04. However, for the adapter to work, it must be activated in the settings of Ubuntu under Thunderbolt3. This must be done for each Thunderbolt3 device.

Yes, TB3DUAL4KHDMI is compatible with Ubuntu 18.04 - in order for the adapter to work, however, you have to enable it in Thunderbolt3 setting within settings of Ubuntu - this you have to do for every Thunderbolt3 device.
