Does this also work with fans from other manufacturers? (especially Bequiet!) 2. does one need software for this? 3. can each fan be controlled individually (RPM & LED)?

1. no only Tt fan
2. the software of your motherboard. E.g. asus aura or similar.
3. yes. depending on the software. But I think less.
