Does this card go on the b450 f gaming mainboard from asus?

Should work with it. But because the card supports PCIe 4.0, and the motherboard support PCIe 3.0 only, the data transfer between the card and CPU will be slower. I would recommend an other motherborad with B550 or with X570 chipset, like this one: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING (AM4, AMD B550, Mini ITX)
