With a 680X you don't need a vertical holder as it is already integrated. You only need a PCI-E extension cable.

I bought it, but didn't install it afterwards because my Nvidia 2080 TI wouldn't fit properly. So I can't say exactly whether it fits. But then I didn't buy it from Digitec either.
