Does this monitor have a LAN input? If so, I can connect the monitor to the LAN, connect the mouse and keyboard to the monitor via USB and then connect my notebook to the monitor via USB C. My notebook is then connected to the LAN via USB C and is also charged at the same time.

Yes, the monitor has a LAN connection and a notebook that supports data, video and charging via the USB-C connection can be charged. However, the resolution of the screen is not optimal, because a 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 pixel panel should actually be installed at 32 inches. 2560 x 1440 pixels are not recommended from 27 inches upwards, because the font display suffers greatly from the low resolution, especially with smaller texts. This one could do that, but it is a bit more expensive:
