Finally, if silence is important to you, I would add Corsair ML fans to replace the ones supplied with the h100i V2. Or the beautiful Corsair LL for very high end RGB. I'd check it out.

Basically, yes. And it's an excellent power supply: semi-passive, the fan hardly ever needs to run. So it's completely silent. But there's a problem in choosing your CPU, the Skylake 7700k won't work with a z370 cm, you'd need a coffelake 8700k or a z270 chipset based motherboard. To choose I'd take the 8700k for its 6 cores and 12 threads. It's up to you. And then the PSU offers single or multi rail, selection able in the Corsair Link. Good stuff.
