Question about Intel Core i7-9700K
Does this processor need thermal paste? I have read in a few articles that the new Intel products are to be soldered and no longer need thermal paste. Is that already the case with this processor?

...all CPUs need thermal paste, this has nothing to do with soldering internally in the CPUs!
