Good day, I am having big problems getting the 60hz to run on 4k, both on my Lenovo and on the Mac. I am using an HDMI to USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) converter. With my MacBook Pro 2016 with the Radeon Pro 460, I can do 4k, but only at 30hz. As soon as I switch to 2560x1440, 60hz is also possible. Does the HDMI cable supplied support 60hz? or is it HDMI version 1.2 or 2.0? If 1.2, then we have identified the problem.

Good day
So I am using a DisplayPort version 1.2 cable,
I have absolutely no problems and runs 4k resolution flawlessly.

I will say try using DisplayPort version 1.2 cable.
Greetings John Fernandes

If quality is important to you, then this monitor is certainly not the right one (Philipps once said that). Resolution as an office monitor is absolutely ok, but nothing more. The frame has rough edges, the lateral tilt is not adjustable, the HDMI cable supplied is certainly the cheapest, and in any case as stiff as a hazel rod, etc.

usually it needs a new cable, as I have the screen on a PC I can't help there either, but I would also go to display port and then it should work

or does the Philips 276E8VJSB have an HDMI 2.0 connection at all?
