Has anyone managed to get the cashback yet? They don't accept the proof of purchase from Digitec. In fact, the PDF is illegible after uploading. Well, printed PDF myself, uploaded again. Legible. Still rejected. Then uploaded JPG. Still rejected. Want to use contact form from Markenmehrtwert: "An unhandled error has occurred" Feel screwed. Are they counting on low frustration tolerance?

I wanted to, but their contact form doesn't work and their sender email is a no-reply address :-) I don't want to spend money on the hotline yet, until others confirm that they have done it.
