I had it when I had the new card. While experimenting with the fan speeds, I noticed that it starts at 58% and stops again at 59%. At that time, the fans were still set to the factory settings (semi-active). After a while it went away and when I manually set the fans to 48% in active mode I generally hear nothing. The Gpu never gets hotter than 82° under load.
