Have a problem. Every time I start the computer, it does not light up. Only when I unplug it and plug it back into the computer does it work again. Does anyone know what the problem is? Greetings

Hi. I also had the problem when I plugged the keyboard directly into a USB 3.0 port 5gbps which can also charge devices when the PC/laptop is not running (lightning symbol on the socket. Power Delivery). A short USB 2.0 extension piece in between solved the problem. I hope that it works for you too. I would be happy if you could give me some feedback.
