Hello, can the phone be used without restrictions in Germany and is German pre-installed as a language in the software? I previously had a version of the phone that was not intended for the EU market. However, the seller did not tell me this and I had some problems with the phone.

I use my phone 5 weeks a year in Germany/Helgoland and have never had any problems.
German can be selected as the system language without any problems.
