Hello Digitec and customers Have now bought 3 such docks and all come from DIGITEC with Germany plug. This is a system error and must be corrected. The DE plug has thicker pins and a different shape and therefore does not go into CH sockets! I have now cut off all the plugs and fitted CH plugs from the DIY store! Please contact DIGITEC again.
