Bose always includes 3 different sizes to fit almost every ear... the cable length is the same... but the sound is simply bombastic... I have them myself and can only recommend them... On the subject of sending them back, it's really only in the case of a defect... Since in-ear headphones belong to the hygiene standard like underwear...
