First of all, thank you very much for the quick answer!
I ordered the Medion Erazer Engineer P10 (Intel Core i5-11400F, 16 GB, 512 GB, SSD) here at digitec and according to the description it has a DDR4 RAM with 3200 MHz. So this P10 also supports 3200MHz, right? Do you have a recommendation or experience of a specific RAM that would fit that I could order here? I still have 2 slots free and would like to upgrade the RAM with 2 x 16 Gb.

I assume you mean a desktop PC and not a laptop, right?
Here you have to pay attention as follows:

Commercial laptops: Support a different memory form factor (SO DIMM 260-PIN) than this product.
Commercial desktop PCs (including the P10): Supports only the form factor (DIMM 288-PIN).

You have to be careful with your Medion Erazer Engineer P10 because it only supports a maximum of 2933 MHz RAM (DDR4-2933), anything above that is not supported. Therefore, my recommendation would be this article: Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 16GB, DDR4-2666, DIMM 288 pin)
