Hello everyone, I moved my Xiaomi box today because I wanted to change the room I was in and black no longer responds, then I took out another one from the bedroom to try it and it doesn't work anymore either 😱. What could be the problem?

I would first test with another HDMI cable. Nothing should break just by reconnecting it, but it could also be that the cable is not properly seated in the box.

Theoretically, the power supply could also be defective, so I would simply exchange the power supplies of two Xiaomi boxes and see if it works.

It is also possible that the other TV does not recognise the box at the HDMI input and does not automatically switch to the correct input, which you would then have to select manually on the TV.
