Cowon Plenary D (32 GB)

Cowon Plenary D

Question about Cowon Plenary D

Hello, I have a problem with the music library. Since yesterday evening, I can no longer play music on the player. It always shows "no file". However, the storage space is occupied and when I reload the music, even more storage space is lost. I have already rebooted. What can I do? Thanks for answers...

can it be that you have a bigger memory card than 128 GB & also had more sound on it in the problem case? you can use bigger cards than 128 GB, but not load more sound on it. with a bigger card (i have 256 GB) it "thinks" it takes a little longer with the loading, otherwise it works for me - happy listening !

I also had problems recently and formatted the player and loaded the latest firmware on it. Since then everything works again. The firmware is available here: http://www.cowon-france.com/plenue-d but the instructions below are wrong, they only mention 2 files that you have to load onto the player, but the zipfile for v 1.20 has 3 files and you have to copy them all onto the player otherwise it won't work.
