Hello, I would like to connect the Lenovo laptop to the internet with the LAN cable using this device. Auich if I deactivate all WLAN connections, I don't get a message about a landline connection. Do you have a tip for me? Many thanks and greetings Hans

My parents use this dock and LAN works. Troubleshooting: 1) Try another USB-C port on the notebook; on my parents' Yoga Slim 7 (not a ThinkPad), one is only for power, the other also for image (DisplayPort signal) and USB (and therefore for LAN) and therefore the correct one for the dock 2) Check the LAN cable, i.e. plug it directly into the notebook or other computer.2) Check whether the LAN adapter in the operating system (Windows) is deactivated, for example, or not available at all, perhaps because of missing drivers (should not be the case, it is plug and play). Good luck!
