Hello,It depends how close is your PC when you use Bluetooth or adapter,is it integrate with wifi antena(bluetooth )etc..I use three PC with one mouse and keyboard two on Bluetooth and one with adapter and works pretty good.

So yes, I was able to test it today, and personally(!) didn't notice much difference. The integrated Bluetooth connection was not noticeably delayed. Still, I've now connected my mouse via Unifying to get my money's worth! Haha.
