I bought it for my DS920+ and it is/was compatible. Should also be compatible for DS720+, but I can't say 100%.

I ordered this for my DS 720+, but it didn't fit. I then bought a Crucial CT102464BF186D 8GB memory (DDR3, 1866 MT/s, PC3-14900, SODIMM, 204-pin), which seems to have fitted, I didn't send it back... I have 10GB memory, which is enough for 3 small VMs.
