It sounds to me as if the device had already been used? Is it perhaps a recommerce device? If the device has been used before, at least a proper factory reset should have been performed. By looking at the installation date of the apps and this launcher, it might be possible to determine whether the phone has already had a previous owner?compare the installation date with the purchase date and if these programs came on earlier than purchased, then I would return it.

I had the same issue. My phone arrived in a package that was clearly opened beforehand and was installed with loads of bloatware from a German company.
I had to immediately go to Settings>Factory Reset to get a real "new" phone. I'm disappointed that at this price, the customer experience is that bad. Digitec is usually more careful about imported products.
