This will not work, because this type of adapter is intended for use with a computer, and the operating system will install the necessary drivers. It won't work with a car radio, because nothing can be reloaded or installed.

Don't know your car, but doubt that the thing can install and use a usb sound card properly. (Mostly only usb stick as memory or as power supply, more is rarely possible).
