Hello. I have an HP Touchsmart 300-1125ch. Is this the right set to get to 8GB? The specs are here: http://support.hp.com/de-de/document/c02000601 Thanks in advance.

As written in the specifications, this is possible with a 64-bit system (please check!), but the 4GB modules are not certified. However, the module is listed by Corsair in the Memory Finder for your PC and all other specifications are compatible with each other. So, theoretically yes.
