Hello, Is this product compatible with a late 2017/early 2018 27" 5k iMac? If so, is it possible to add 2x 16GB corsair to my current 2x 4GB? Thanks in advance

I'm using these very bars with a 2017 iMac 27″ Retina 5K. However, the system was unstable and the memory tests (MemTest86) were failing when they were installed in addition to the original strips (2x 4GB). I removed the latter and the problems disappeared. Hopefully this helps!
