Question about Arctic Freezer 7 PRO Rev.2

Hey guys I really need help, would this fan work on my Hp omen Obelisk ? it is the following model: https://www.digitec.ch/fr/s1/product/hp-obelisque-omen-875-1772nz-intel-core-i7-9700f-16go-1000go-ssd-pc-12021098 I cannot find info online but the socket is compatible judging by digitec's description. Thanks in advance

Hi @Juve1196,
Concerning the socket it is compatible. The fan is provided with different mounting parts.
Sometimes components on the motherboard might get in the way of the mounting part (https://www.arctic.ac/ch_en...), but looking at the motherboard it should be OK (https://support.hp.com/us-en...).
So the only limitation would be the place because your case is small (16.51cm) while the cooler is tall (12.70cm). You should measure the place between the CPU and the case's panel. If you count 1cm for each panel, plus internal panel, plus motherboard and socket, that would be 16.51-4.00, hence 12.51cm which is too short...
