Hey guys, this would be my first turntable so I have no idea what I need to get. I want to use the turntable mostly via speakers (cable) but I have read that I need a receiver to go with it. Can anyone tell me what kind of speakers and receiver I need to go with this turntable? And do I only need these two things so that I then have a 'whole set'? Sorry for the bombardment ^^ Thanks

Even better, this turntable has built-in Bluetooth, which means you can use it directly with a set of ProSonus speakers, for example, which are active speakers and also have Bluetooth. But it's not done with good news, a pre-out preamp is also built in, meaning you can also run the turntable directly from the PreSonus line in connections. With such a configuration (or with any other active speaker system) you don't need a receiver (which should have a phono input, but since the Sony turntable has a pre-amp output, a normal amplifier will do). With my suggestion, a lot of sound is possible, so PreSonus studio speakers are a very good choice, and the price of the set is also top.

PreSonus Eris E4.5BT (active, 2 x 25 W, pair)

If you want more bass, there is also a subwoofer to go with the PreSonus:

PreSonus Eris Sub8 (Subwoofer active, 1 x 50 W, 1 pc.)
