Hi... Can the speakers from a simple mini stereo system simply be connected here? If I remember correctly, these are inserted into the speakers and the system via the wires at the end of the cable. Does it work the same way with this DJ controller?

Hello and thank you for your question.

The answer is no. You can't use the speakers of a mini-stereo system because they need the amplification provided by the mini-stereo system.
Although the DDJ-FLX4 has a sound card, it will not deliver enough power to drive passive speakers directly.
On the other hand, if you have amplified speakers, such as computer speakers with a power supply, you can connect them to your controller using the appropriate connection, e.g. female 3.5 stereo jack to 2x male RCA.
The easiest way is to connect the RCA output of the controller at -10db to an Aux or Line input on your mini hi-fi system, provided it has one.

I hope I've been helpful.

Sincerely

No problem. It has an integrated SoundCard - simply connect it via a RCA cable and that's it 😊
