How can it be that a keyboard that is advertised and sold as Apple OSX compatible confuses the Option and Command (Apple) keys? If this cannot be configured, it cannot be used as an Apple keyboard - especially not if you work on several devices at the same time! Then returning it would be the only alternative! Rolf

I would have to test it to be able to say for sure, but according to the data and specifications, the correct buttons are labelled in the correct positions. Possibly a misconfiguration in this case or incorrect programming. If the updates and software have been installed without success, either bring it to one of our stores or report a defect directly if a defect is suspected. However, it should always be correct and not the other way round.
