The screen can be rotated -30 and +30 degrees, but I would advise against buying it, because at 32 inches the resolution should be higher than 2560 x 1440 pixels, because otherwise texts would be difficult to read on this large screen area, there are too few pixels for a sharp display.

My suggestion would therefore be 32 inches but with 3840 x 2160 pixels, so that even small fonts can be displayed with pin-sharp definition, e.g. this model, which would also be from Samsung:
