I am interested in the Airpods Max 2024, which are labelled as "tested return". Unfortunately, I can't find any information on how often/hardly the headphones have been used... Are they new devices that have been opened and then returned? How good condition is the battery on the devices and do they show signs of use?

Inspected returns are items that have been properly returned to us during the return period and have subsequently been inspected by us. Depending on the product, it may well be that they have already been opened and tested, but any defects or signs of use would be noted by us in the product information.
