Question about Phanteks RGB LED adapter cable

I am looking for an RGB adapter which connects my be quiet Pure Base 500DX case with the ASUS TUF Z390-Pro gaming motherboard. Unfortunately, after buying it, I noticed that the RGB connector coming out of the front panel is a 3 pin. On the motherboard, I only have the option of connecting a 4-pin connector. Since I can't really see what the rectangular connector looks like in the pictures shown here, I'll ask around. Can anyone tell me if this adapter can help me ? Thanks in advance

I will soon receive all the components to build my PC. 500DX -3pin / B450 Tomahawk max -4pin. My GPU also has a 3 pin. I am almost ready to buy the cooler master MFP-ACBN-NNUNN-R.

I am still hesitating, how far are you on your side?
