I am very interested in this or a smaller model, especially the KVM features. Can anyone tell me how to use these features on computers where you don't have admin rights?
Does the Dell software need to be installed?
Does the Ethernet port work with legacy drivers?
My use case would be: 1x private workstation (admin rights, can install everything) via USB-C and then 1x managed business laptop via Thunderbolt (no admin rights, can't install anything here).

Accepted Answer

This also works without admin rights. I use this monitor via TB4 and didn't have to install anything to be able to use Ethernet, USB and co or it was there automatically (windows updates or something)
