I bought 2 X-Minis II. But unfortunately no device charges. I have already connected one to the power supply for over 12 hours and it doesn't work... normally with X-Minis (I had several) you have to switch the ON/OFF on and off briefly after plugging in the cable, then the charging function was switched on. But it doesn't work here... what am I doing wrong?

It's the same for me. What's strange is that normally the light turns red when charging. In my case, it's always blue (full) when it's supposedly charging, even though the battery is empty. I'm also at the end of my tether.
