I bought this docking station to connect it to two monitors via HDMI cable, but it doesn't work (I have a T480s with Windows 10). If I connect one monitor directly to the laptop with the HDMI cable, it works. Mouse, keyboard and Ethernet cable work via docking station. What could be the problem?

hello michale,
i have a hdmi and a dp connection on my dock. i have no problems with this. according to the manual, both screens must not be controlled with hdmi.
i hope it works like this
