I can't get the fans to run. No RGB and they don't spin either. I have tried everything. Software is up to date. All the PC drivers have been updated. What should I do?

Fan Important, connect to the controller supplied.
And connect the controller to two Sata power supplies, and to an onboard USB 2.0.
