I can't recognise the microphone under Windows 10&11.... Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

The headphones have 2 modes - stereo and headset. The microphone is only visible under Headset. Normally, Zoom etc. should change this automatically, but if this is not the case, you can adjust it manually under Bluetooth settings (windows).
