Question about Intel Core i7 7700K
I have a pre-built PC (Asus ROG G20AJ) and I am slowly reaching my limits with my old CPU (i7 4790). My question: Is it possible to upgrade the Asus PC with an i7-7700k?

No, because the i7-7700k(LGA 1151) needs a different socket than the i7-4790(LGA 1150).
May i ask what you are using the pc for, because i suspect that it is not the processor that is reaching its limits but the graphics card. what kind of graphics card is installed?
