I have a question is it UWQHD or WQHD because in the pictures it states WQHD but then in the description it contradicts stating its UWQHD. Its a bit confusing

I have not looked into this detail.
However, since the screen is a 34" and has a resolution of 3440x1440, I would say it is only a UWQHD screen.

It is a 3440x1440 which according to wikipedia corresponds to a UWQHD.
A (W)QHD would have 2560x1440.
