I have a slight noise in the background with my Flex. It is especially noticeable with soft music. The noise always starts when I start the playback and stops again a few seconds after pausing. Is this normal or are my Flex faulty?
I have that too. However, the general quality of the sound is rather modest.
I bought the product for online sessions. But unfortunately I was very badly understood. I don't use it any more. You can't return it - what a pity!
I have not been able to detect the noise with mine.
