I have had this monitor for a week. I noticed that it has a pixel fault (the backlight on the pixel does not work). Does Philips have any chance of replacing it?

As far as I know, Philips has a zero defect tolerance with defect class ISO 13406-2 Class I for pixel defects. Please contact Digitec's customer service and possibly Philips' customer service for reassurance.
