I have now charged the charging case with the earbuds twice overnight, but unfortunately they still flash red and do not switch to blue/pairing mode when I take them out. Even after touching the touch pads for 7 seconds, nothing reacts. I have the impression that they are not charging. I have already changed both the cable and the power supply, but to no avail. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

At some point, even the best headphones come to an end! I would look around for new ones. It's usually cheaper than repairing old ones.
