i have received my Samsung Galaxy A15 and i am missing the plug to charge it. i "only got the cable with the delivery - is that new? can i charge my mobile phone again without a usb connection?

Samsung assumes that you already have a power supply (from another device or your old mobile). This charger would be suitable, for example:
Intertech PD 1020 (20 W)
If necessary, you are welcome to contact our customer service so that they can add the charger to your existing order.
