I have received the soundbar, installed it, downloaded the APP, etc. The playback of the sound from the TV works perfectly. Since it is a HEOs device, I would also like to play music from the APP. When I start the APP, I am asked to do an update. The update then starts but that's all it does, it hangs. I can't go back and the APP is therefore useless for me (and so is the HEOS function). Does anyone have a tip?
Did you connect the Soundbar to the LAN? The update worked great for me when connected to the LAN (although the message came up at the end that the update could not be done).
Try to bypass the update and report the problem to Heos Support via Settings and Help - they give a relatively quick answer to software problems.
