How you were just right for once! (I suspected it :D) I limited it to 2.8Ghz and deactivated hyper threading. Now I have my i5 again :)

Does anyone know if the Pure Rock is enough?:)

it should be enough in any case but i don't think you can clock as high with the ben nevis as with a better cooler. besides, the temps are certainly a lot higher with the same oc than with a top cooler.
