I read in a comparison that a magnetic (and proprietary) charging cable is supplied with the headset, is that right? Is that right? But that you will need an additional power supply? Where do I buy it and how much does it cost?

Absolutely, the magnetic charging cable is included. The manufacturer does not specify on its website that an additional block is required.
