I received the product today. When ANC is switched on, I hear a lot of noise. I also hear this when I listen to music. The noise is disturbing. Is this normal?

I have the same problem, when ANC is switched on, you can hear a hissing noise, but the sounds from the surroundings are all super suppressed! As soon as you listen to louder music, you don't hear the noise at all or only a little, I'm very happy with this product.
