Question about Sharkoon Type C Multiport Adapter

I received this adapter yesterday and tried with three different Android smartphones (Nokia 7 Plus with black screen, intact Nokia 7.1 and an intact Galaxy Note10 Lite) to transfer the picture to the TV via HDMI. Unfortunately, it did not work. What could be the reason for this? I thought I only had to connect the adapter to the smartphone and then connect the adapter to the TV via HDMI. Am I wrong? Does anyone have any tips? Thank you very much!

I connect my Galaxy Tab S6 to my TV without any problems. Of course, I have to set the reception on the TV to the corresponding HDMI input.

You can also try connecting a power supply unit with USB-C to the adapter. It could be that the power supply of the notebook is not sufficient to supply the adapter. This was the case for me with another product.
