I tried to connect the mouse to my MacBook (late 2009, Mac OS El Capitan) via Bluetooth. If it finds and displays it at all, it doesn't show its name but a series of zeros separated by dashes. When I try to connect them, it asks for a code. Without this, the connection is not made. Is there a known solution to this?
