Question about Sony Xdr-V1btd
I want to use the radio as an alarm clock radio on my bedside table, so my question: Is the display dark in standby mode or do the numbers or the display light up?

The display has 3 brightness levels and can also be set to completely dark (without any illumination). This makes it well suited for the bedside table. In battery mode, the brightness levels are reduced. It's a great device. - Buy it ;-)
